What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges).

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

Returns are processed 5-10 business days from the receipt of your product by Luca + Danni. Please note that it may take an additional 3 days for the credit to be applied to your account because payment processing is not handled in house.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We do not offer Saturday as a specific shipping option, but as we ship USPS, it is possible to receive deliveries on Saturday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We’re experiencing high order volume, so orders may take longer than usual to process. We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Shipping times vary based on the ship method you select at Checkout.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly
